Dark Green Modular Nook Sectional with Ottoman Chaise | 73 Inch | Sectional Sofa
Two slipper modules with cylindrical bolsters at the outer ends, joined at 90 degrees by the ottoman at the right side -- the combined form a compact L at 72.5 by 72.5 inches. The ottoman at the right extends from the sofa end at the same seat height, reading as a continuous surface from the sofa seat cushions onto the ottoman top. The sitter at the right end of the sofa can extend their legs fully onto the ottoman without any height transition. The configuration creates a nook: back and the cylindrical bolster on the left, the ottoman extending to the right, the corner pocket between the two sofa back cushions providing two planes of back support for the sitter who settles into the interior of the L.
At 72.5 square the nook configuration is the most compact L the series offers -- a complete lounging arrangement in a footprint smaller than most three-seat sofas. In dark forest green the L reads as a contained, richly colored seating zone at whatever scale the room allows it to occupy. In an open plan the dark green nook creates spatial definition without walls; in a smaller room it provides a full lounging configuration without the footprint of a longer sectional.
The cloud quality carries through the L: the plump back cushions, the deep seat cushions, the memory foam and fiber fill in each module, the fully upholstered bases meeting the floor without legs. At 127.86 pounds the three pieces (two slipper modules and one ottoman) arrive separately and assemble on-site.

Moe Samieian Sr. arrived in Canada with an engineering degree and almost nowhere to use it. So he sold rugs at road shows, worked on commission, and learned the retail floor through years of direct customer contact.
In 1986 he opened his first store in Vancouver. Walking the trade shows, he kept noticing the same thing: most furniture looked identical. So he started hunting for pieces with something to say. Antiques. Flea-market finds. Objects with texture and history. More stores followed, and in 1999 he moved decisively into wholesale.
His children Sara and Moe Jr. carried that instinct forward. Not what merely sells. What resonates. That distinction still drives every collection.
The materials earn their place. Wood warms the edges. Stone steadies the eye. Steel adds tension. Glass lets the composition breathe. A hand-worked surface keeps a modern room from feeling too resolved.

The Craft
Material First - Trend Second
Every collection is designed in-house, then built through a manufacturing network developed over decades. Vietnam, India, Italy, Poland, Canada, the USA. Not the lowest-cost option in any of those places. Long-term makers who've been held to the same standards long enough that the standards stopped needing to be explained.
The construction is what you'd expect from that kind of relationship. Solid hardwood frames. High-density foam. Hardware that doesn't announce itself by failing early. These are not selling points so much as baseline expectations that a lot of furniture quietly fails to meet.
The materials go further than that. Acacia grain that no engineered surface comes close to replicating. Stone that grounds a room both visually and physically, which are different things and both matter. Mixed metals chosen for tension rather than coordination. FSC-certified wood and responsible sourcing throughout, though the more honest argument for it shows up over time, in how the pieces age rather than what the spec sheet says.
