Orders are typically processed in 3 to 5 business days. Once your order ships, smaller parcel items usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Larger furniture pieces that ship by LTL freight usually arrive in about 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location and the carrier schedule.
Smaller items generally ship via standard ground carriers like UPS, FedEx, or similar services. Larger furniture and heavy items usually ship via LTL freight, which means the piece arrives on a pallet at curbside. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window for freight shipments.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also log into your AURA Modern Home account to view your order history and tracking links. If you do not see a tracking email after your processing window, reach out to support and we will be happy to help.
At this time we ship most orders within the contiguous United States. If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the United States and would like to place an order, contact us with the item and your address and we can let you know what is possible.
If you need to update your shipping address, change an item, or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Many pieces begin processing quickly, or ship from partner warehouses, so changes are not always possible once the order has entered fulfillment or production. We will always do our best to accommodate requests.
Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Return shipping and possible restocking fees may apply, especially for large furniture and special order items. Inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives. If you notice visible damage, note it with the driver before signing, take clear photos of the packaging and the item, and contact us within 24 hours. Keeping all packaging until we resolve the claim helps us replace or refund your item more quickly.
In some areas, we can arrange an upgraded delivery service that brings your furniture inside and may include light placement or packaging removal. If you are interested in white glove style delivery, contact us before you place your order, and we will let you know what options are available in your area and provide a quote. White-glove delivery starts at $500 per order and increases from there.
