AURA Modern Home Order & Delivery Texts

AURA Modern Home sends text messages to customers about their orders. This page explains our text messaging program, how you opt in, and how to opt out.

What we text you about

Order updates and order confirmations
Backorder notices and expected ship dates
Shipping and LTL freight delivery scheduling
Freight delivery inspection reminders
Customer service replies about your order

These are transactional messages only, never marketing.

How you opt in

A phone number is required at checkout on auramodernhome.com so that the freight carrier and AURA Modern Home can contact you about delivery. By entering your mobile number at checkout, you opt in to the transactional order and delivery texts described on this page. The help text on the checkout phone field shows this disclosure:

"By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from AURA Modern Home about your order and delivery (order updates, backorder notices, shipping and delivery scheduling, and customer service replies). Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Terms: auramodernhome.com/policies/terms-of-service Privacy: auramodernhome.com/policies/privacy-policy"

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. You may reply STOP at any time, including immediately after placing your order, and you will still receive your order. Opting out of texts never cancels or affects your order; we will continue to coordinate delivery with you by phone call or email.

This program sends transactional order and delivery messages only. It never sends marketing messages.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies, typically 1 to 6 messages per order. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one message confirming your opt out.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
