Tell us what you would like to send back and we will review it against our Return Policy. If the item is eligible, we will email you a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return address within 1–2 business days.

Returns must be started within 30 days of delivery
The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its complete original packaging
Return shipping is your responsibility — we do not provide a prepaid label
Please do not ship anything until your RA number arrives. Returns that arrive without one are refused at the warehouse.

The item is unused and in as-new, resalable condition, and I still have all of its original boxes and packing materials — foam, corner blocks, hardware and protective wrap. I understand a return sent back without them cannot be accepted.

Before shipping

1. Make sure the item is unused, unassembled, unaltered, and in as-new condition.

2. Repack it in all of its original boxes and protective materials. Everything that came in the box needs to go back in it.

3. Arrange and pay for the return shipment with the carrier of your choice. If the order arrived by freight, please schedule an LTL pickup.

4. Insure the shipment for its full retail value. The carrier’s insurance protects you if it is lost or damaged on the way back.

5. Use the return address above rather than the address on the original shipping label. For a freight return, tell the carrier that the destination is residential and that a delivery appointment is required.

Please have the return shipped before your 30-day return window closes. Once it is on the way, email the tracking or freight information to support@auramodernhome.com so we can watch for it.

What happens next

We will inspect the return when it arrives. Once the inspection confirms that it meets the return requirements, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
