Description

Warm Beige Upholstered Storage Bed with Rounded Bolster Base | Queen | Bed

Same rounded bolster base form and upholstered storage construction as the King warm beige version -- at Queen dimensions: 71 inches wide, 173.5 pounds. The continuously rounded base corners, the short wide headboard with gently rounded upper edges, the small dark bun feet, the warm beige smooth polyester fabric. All form and material notes apply at this scale. In a Queen footprint the smooth warm beige reads as a composed pale warm volume at the bedroom wall, proportionally well-suited to rooms where the King's additional width would be generous to the point of strain.

Warm beige at Queen scale integrates readily into rooms building toward warmth and natural material -- the tone reads as continuous with pale oak flooring, linen bedding, and plaster walls rather than defining itself against them. The smooth fabric at this narrower width reads as a clean unified field with nothing extra to catch the eye. In a room with more visual activity elsewhere -- pattern in the bedding, texture at the walls -- the smooth warm base tone provides visual rest at the bed itself.

Storage through the platform base, full mattress-footprint capacity. At 88.98 inches deep, foot clearance planning applies as for all beds in this depth range. 173.5 pounds, permanent placement.

Moe's Home Collection:Forty Years of Furniture With a Point of View

Some brands earn trust loudly. Moe's has never needed to. The evidence shows up in rooms, season after season, in pieces that end up feeling more considered than their owners quite anticipated. More grounded. More alive.

That doesn't happen by accident. It happens because someone decided, a long time ago, that material and craft were worth the extra conversation, and never really stopped having it.

The Pieces Feel Found - Not Simply Bought

The Origin

A Family That BuiltSomething From Nothing

Moe Samieian Sr. arrived in Canada with an engineering degree and almost nowhere to use it. So he sold rugs at road shows, worked on commission, and learned the retail floor through years of direct customer contact.

In 1986 he opened his first store in Vancouver. Walking the trade shows, he kept noticing the same thing: most furniture looked identical. So he started hunting for pieces with something to say. Antiques. Flea-market finds. Objects with texture and history. More stores followed, and in 1999 he moved decisively into wholesale.

His children Sara and Moe Jr. carried that instinct forward. Not what merely sells. What resonates. That distinction still drives every collection.

The materials earn their place. Wood warms the edges. Stone steadies the eye. Steel adds tension. Glass lets the composition breathe. A hand-worked surface keeps a modern room from feeling too resolved.

The goal was never perfection. It was presence.

The Craft

Material First - Trend Second

Every collection is designed in-house, then built through a manufacturing network developed over decades. Vietnam, India, Italy, Poland, Canada, the USA. Not the lowest-cost option in any of those places. Long-term makers who've been held to the same standards long enough that the standards stopped needing to be explained.

The construction is what you'd expect from that kind of relationship. Solid hardwood frames. High-density foam. Hardware that doesn't announce itself by failing early. These are not selling points so much as baseline expectations that a lot of furniture quietly fails to meet.

The materials go further than that. Acacia grain that no engineered surface comes close to replicating. Stone that grounds a room both visually and physically, which are different things and both matter. Mixed metals chosen for tension rather than coordination. FSC-certified wood and responsible sourcing throughout, though the more honest argument for it shows up over time, in how the pieces age rather than what the spec sheet says.

- Moe's does not source furniture. It curates it.
