Queen Brown Upholstered Gas-Lift Storage Bed (RN-1158-20-0) by Moe's Home Collection

Brown Upholstered Queen Storage Bed with Rounded Corner Headboard | Queen | Bed
Where the Beau form resolves its base in a continuous rounded bolster, this bed reads as a more structured upholstered form. The base is a clean rectangular platform with small flat dark feet at the four corners -- the storage box is present but reads as a composed upholstered base rather than a curved object. The headboard is the form's visual statement: taller than most upholstered beds at 51.18 inches total height, wide at Queen span, with rounded upper corners that soften what would otherwise be a hard rectangular edge. The dark brown polyester gives the headboard mass and depth against the wall.
The brown tone is a warm chocolate -- not dark enough to absorb the room, not light enough to disappear into it. Against pale walls it reads as a strong warm horizontal presence at bed height; the tall headboard takes up a meaningful section of the bedroom wall and earns that claim through its proportions. In lamplight the brown deepens toward a richer, almost leather-adjacent tone. In rooms building toward warmth and material weight -- dark wood floors, warm textiles, aged metal hardware -- the brown upholstered bed integrates as a grounded center.
The storage platform provides full mattress-footprint under-bed access. At 74.8 inches wide and 51.18 inches tall the headboard will read as the bedroom's primary wall statement. At 230.5 pounds the placement is architectural -- it anchors the room's sleeping position permanently and the arrangement around it should be planned before delivery.

Moe's Home Collection:Forty Years of Furniture With a Point of View
Some brands earn trust loudly. Moe's has never needed to. The evidence shows up in rooms, season after season, in pieces that end up feeling more considered than their owners quite anticipated. More grounded. More alive.
That doesn't happen by accident. It happens because someone decided, a long time ago, that material and craft were worth the extra conversation, and never really stopped having it.
A Design House, Not a Furniture Factory
The Pieces Feel Found - Not Simply Bought

The Origin
A Family That BuiltSomething From Nothing
Moe Samieian Sr. arrived in Canada with an engineering degree and almost nowhere to use it. So he sold rugs at road shows, worked on commission, and learned the retail floor through years of direct customer contact.
In 1986 he opened his first store in Vancouver. Walking the trade shows, he kept noticing the same thing: most furniture looked identical. So he started hunting for pieces with something to say. Antiques. Flea-market finds. Objects with texture and history. More stores followed, and in 1999 he moved decisively into wholesale.
His children Sara and Moe Jr. carried that instinct forward. Not what merely sells. What resonates. That distinction still drives every collection.
The materials earn their place. Wood warms the edges. Stone steadies the eye. Steel adds tension. Glass lets the composition breathe. A hand-worked surface keeps a modern room from feeling too resolved.
The goal was never perfection. It was presence.
Moe's Is Built for PeopleWho Notice the Difference

The Craft
Material First - Trend Second
Every collection is designed in-house, then built through a manufacturing network developed over decades. Vietnam, India, Italy, Poland, Canada, the USA. Not the lowest-cost option in any of those places. Long-term makers who've been held to the same standards long enough that the standards stopped needing to be explained.
The construction is what you'd expect from that kind of relationship. Solid hardwood frames. High-density foam. Hardware that doesn't announce itself by failing early. These are not selling points so much as baseline expectations that a lot of furniture quietly fails to meet.
The materials go further than that. Acacia grain that no engineered surface comes close to replicating. Stone that grounds a room both visually and physically, which are different things and both matter. Mixed metals chosen for tension rather than coordination. FSC-certified wood and responsible sourcing throughout, though the more honest argument for it shows up over time, in how the pieces age rather than what the spec sheet says.
- Moe's does not source furniture. It curates it.
