Description

Cream Upholstered King Storage Bed with Camelback Headboard and Pleated Skirt | King | Bed

Same camelback headboard, same ear wing extensions, same pleated skirted base as the brown version -- in cream, which is the tonal ground where this form's traditional vocabulary reads most naturally. The camelback profile and pleated fabric skirt are both drawn from textile-heavy historical furniture traditions, and cream upholstery is the tone those traditions assume: pale and composed, absorbing light without glare, visible as architectural form rather than as color. At 50 inches tall the pale arched headboard against a light-painted bedroom wall reads as a defined soft shape -- present and considered, not stark contrast.

In a bedroom with linen, pale bedding, and natural wood the cream version integrates into the room's tonal ground while its arched headboard form remains fully readable. The camelback profile is the piece's design argument, and cream lets that form be the statement rather than sharing the statement with a strong color. In rooms with richer surrounding materials -- dark wood, aged metal, patterned wallcovering -- the pale cream provides the rest position that a visually active room needs at its center.

The pleated skirt and storage access notes from the brown version apply exactly. Maintenance note: a pale skirt that drops to floor level in a bedroom will collect dust at its hem over time -- lighter cleaning routines are worth planning for. At 79.92 inches wide and 232 pounds, placement is permanent.

Moe's Home Collection:Forty Years of Furniture With a Point of View

Some brands earn trust loudly. Moe's has never needed to. The evidence shows up in rooms, season after season, in pieces that end up feeling more considered than their owners quite anticipated. More grounded. More alive.

That doesn't happen by accident. It happens because someone decided, a long time ago, that material and craft were worth the extra conversation, and never really stopped having it.

The Pieces Feel Found - Not Simply Bought

The Origin

A Family That BuiltSomething From Nothing

Moe Samieian Sr. arrived in Canada with an engineering degree and almost nowhere to use it. So he sold rugs at road shows, worked on commission, and learned the retail floor through years of direct customer contact.

In 1986 he opened his first store in Vancouver. Walking the trade shows, he kept noticing the same thing: most furniture looked identical. So he started hunting for pieces with something to say. Antiques. Flea-market finds. Objects with texture and history. More stores followed, and in 1999 he moved decisively into wholesale.

His children Sara and Moe Jr. carried that instinct forward. Not what merely sells. What resonates. That distinction still drives every collection.

The materials earn their place. Wood warms the edges. Stone steadies the eye. Steel adds tension. Glass lets the composition breathe. A hand-worked surface keeps a modern room from feeling too resolved.

The goal was never perfection. It was presence.

The Craft

Material First - Trend Second

Every collection is designed in-house, then built through a manufacturing network developed over decades. Vietnam, India, Italy, Poland, Canada, the USA. Not the lowest-cost option in any of those places. Long-term makers who've been held to the same standards long enough that the standards stopped needing to be explained.

The construction is what you'd expect from that kind of relationship. Solid hardwood frames. High-density foam. Hardware that doesn't announce itself by failing early. These are not selling points so much as baseline expectations that a lot of furniture quietly fails to meet.

The materials go further than that. Acacia grain that no engineered surface comes close to replicating. Stone that grounds a room both visually and physically, which are different things and both matter. Mixed metals chosen for tension rather than coordination. FSC-certified wood and responsible sourcing throughout, though the more honest argument for it shows up over time, in how the pieces age rather than what the spec sheet says.

- Moe's does not source furniture. It curates it.
