Dark Green Right-Arm Facing Chair (VV-1026-27) by Moe's Home Collection

Dark Green Modular Right Arm Sofa Chair | 35 Inch | Modular Lounge Chair
The right arm version of the Swift modular chair -- 40.16 inches square, 34.65 high, the substantial upholstered arm on the right side, smooth seat and back cushions in dark green polyester. This is the right terminal unit of the Swift sectional configuration: when assembled with armless slipper chairs and a corner unit, the right arm chair provides the seating arrangement's right-side boundary and arm surface. As a standalone the compact square form works as a structured low lounge chair with one arm at any single seating position in a living room or bedroom.
The dark green reads on the right arm chair exactly as it does on the left -- a deep, hunter-adjacent green on smooth polyester, the untufted cushion faces presenting the color as an even, resolved material plane. From the front the right arm unit reads as a mirror of the left arm version: arm surface on the right, open side to the left where it connects to the next module. In morning light the green reads with its full depth; in warm lamplight the tone deepens toward near-black in shadow areas, the cushion faces catching directed light as composed planar surfaces.
The arm chair and slipper chair dimensions are close but not identical -- the arm chairs are 40.16 wide while the slipper chair is 33.46 wide, so the combined configuration should account for each module's specific width when planning the total seating arrangement. The foam, feather, and fiber fill provides supportive seating at the 34.65-inch seat height. The engineered wood frame construction provides the structural base for the modular system. The polyester fabric spot-cleans with a damp cloth.

Moe's Home Collection:Forty Years of Furniture With a Point of View
Some brands earn trust loudly. Moe's has never needed to. The evidence shows up in rooms, season after season, in pieces that end up feeling more considered than their owners quite anticipated. More grounded. More alive.
That doesn't happen by accident. It happens because someone decided, a long time ago, that material and craft were worth the extra conversation, and never really stopped having it.
A Design House, Not a Furniture Factory
The Pieces Feel Found - Not Simply Bought

The Origin
A Family That BuiltSomething From Nothing
Moe Samieian Sr. arrived in Canada with an engineering degree and almost nowhere to use it. So he sold rugs at road shows, worked on commission, and learned the retail floor through years of direct customer contact.
In 1986 he opened his first store in Vancouver. Walking the trade shows, he kept noticing the same thing: most furniture looked identical. So he started hunting for pieces with something to say. Antiques. Flea-market finds. Objects with texture and history. More stores followed, and in 1999 he moved decisively into wholesale.
His children Sara and Moe Jr. carried that instinct forward. Not what merely sells. What resonates. That distinction still drives every collection.
The materials earn their place. Wood warms the edges. Stone steadies the eye. Steel adds tension. Glass lets the composition breathe. A hand-worked surface keeps a modern room from feeling too resolved.
The goal was never perfection. It was presence.
Moe's Is Built for PeopleWho Notice the Difference

The Craft
Material First - Trend Second
Every collection is designed in-house, then built through a manufacturing network developed over decades. Vietnam, India, Italy, Poland, Canada, the USA. Not the lowest-cost option in any of those places. Long-term makers who've been held to the same standards long enough that the standards stopped needing to be explained.
The construction is what you'd expect from that kind of relationship. Solid hardwood frames. High-density foam. Hardware that doesn't announce itself by failing early. These are not selling points so much as baseline expectations that a lot of furniture quietly fails to meet.
The materials go further than that. Acacia grain that no engineered surface comes close to replicating. Stone that grounds a room both visually and physically, which are different things and both matter. Mixed metals chosen for tension rather than coordination. FSC-certified wood and responsible sourcing throughout, though the more honest argument for it shows up over time, in how the pieces age rather than what the spec sheet says.
- Moe's does not source furniture. It curates it.
