Beige Modular Corner Chair (VV-1028-34) by Moe's Home Collection

Light Beige Modular Corner Sofa Chair | 35 Inch | Modular Lounge Chair
The Swift corner unit in light beige -- the 40.16 by 40.16 inch square module that turns the sectional configuration at the bend, no arms, smooth seat and back cushions in warm pale polyester, the same 34.65-inch height as the rest of the Swift system. In light beige the corner unit reads as the configuration's calm center point -- the pale warm surface running continuously from arm unit through slipper chairs to the corner and back out, the assembled sectional reading as a settled, resolved tonal whole. Against pale walls and warm wood floors the light beige corner chair reads as an integrating element rather than a focal one.
The smooth untufted polyester on the corner unit presents the back cushion surface in both directions -- toward the left-running leg and toward the right-running leg of the configuration, the beige reading as an even, warm-neutral field from both approaches. The armless form at the corner means no arm structure breaks the visual continuity between the two adjacent module runs; the sectional wraps through the corner as a clean upholstered plane. In morning light the pale beige reads freshly and openly at the corner seat position; in warm lamplight it deepens slightly toward cream, the clean cushion faces glowing in the room's lower light.
One corner unit is required per L or U sectional configuration. As a standalone armless chair the square 40.16-inch form functions as a generous compact lounge seat at a single seating position. Light beige requires attentive maintenance at a primary seating position. The foam, feather, and fiber fill provides appropriate seating support. The polyester fabric spot-cleans with a damp cloth.

Moe's Home Collection:Forty Years of Furniture With a Point of View
Some brands earn trust loudly. Moe's has never needed to. The evidence shows up in rooms, season after season, in pieces that end up feeling more considered than their owners quite anticipated. More grounded. More alive.
That doesn't happen by accident. It happens because someone decided, a long time ago, that material and craft were worth the extra conversation, and never really stopped having it.
A Design House, Not a Furniture Factory
The Pieces Feel Found - Not Simply Bought

The Origin
A Family That BuiltSomething From Nothing
Moe Samieian Sr. arrived in Canada with an engineering degree and almost nowhere to use it. So he sold rugs at road shows, worked on commission, and learned the retail floor through years of direct customer contact.
In 1986 he opened his first store in Vancouver. Walking the trade shows, he kept noticing the same thing: most furniture looked identical. So he started hunting for pieces with something to say. Antiques. Flea-market finds. Objects with texture and history. More stores followed, and in 1999 he moved decisively into wholesale.
His children Sara and Moe Jr. carried that instinct forward. Not what merely sells. What resonates. That distinction still drives every collection.
The materials earn their place. Wood warms the edges. Stone steadies the eye. Steel adds tension. Glass lets the composition breathe. A hand-worked surface keeps a modern room from feeling too resolved.
The goal was never perfection. It was presence.
Moe's Is Built for PeopleWho Notice the Difference

The Craft
Material First - Trend Second
Every collection is designed in-house, then built through a manufacturing network developed over decades. Vietnam, India, Italy, Poland, Canada, the USA. Not the lowest-cost option in any of those places. Long-term makers who've been held to the same standards long enough that the standards stopped needing to be explained.
The construction is what you'd expect from that kind of relationship. Solid hardwood frames. High-density foam. Hardware that doesn't announce itself by failing early. These are not selling points so much as baseline expectations that a lot of furniture quietly fails to meet.
The materials go further than that. Acacia grain that no engineered surface comes close to replicating. Stone that grounds a room both visually and physically, which are different things and both matter. Mixed metals chosen for tension rather than coordination. FSC-certified wood and responsible sourcing throughout, though the more honest argument for it shows up over time, in how the pieces age rather than what the spec sheet says.
- Moe's does not source furniture. It curates it.
