Cream Upholstered Dining Chairs Set of 2 (GO-1028-18) by Moe's Home Collection

Cream Channel-Tufted Armless Dining Chair with Solid Oak Legs | 34 Inch | Dining Chair
Same vertical channel-tufted armless form as the brown leather version -- narrow parallel channels running from top of back through the seat, slightly tapered back, solid oak legs with a warm medium-brown finish and slight splay, clean armless silhouette -- in cream polyester. The material shift from top grain leather to polyester changes the chair's register: the leather version reads as rich and specific, the cream polyester reads as light, casual, and open. Two chairs per order.
What cream channel tufting does differently than any other upholstery configuration at this form: the vertical channels are at their most visible in the pale fabric -- the shadow lines read clearly in daylight across the full height of the back, the raised bands catching light with a slight softness that gives the surface dimension. In warm lamplight the cream picks up the warmth of nearby incandescent light and reads as the table's pale, softly textured upholstery element. Against the warm oak legs the cream reads as light and clean; against a dark timber table the cream chairs read as the pale contrast at the dining level.
The honest practical note on cream polyester at a dining chair: it accumulates visible use more readily than a darker upholstery would, and the material choice should be made with realistic expectations about that. What it offers in return: a light, airy presence at the dining table that darker upholstery cannot provide, and 100% polyester is more cleanable than top grain leather when spills happen. At 19.7 inches wide four to six fit around a standard table comfortably.

Moe's Home Collection:Forty Years of Furniture With a Point of View
Some brands earn trust loudly. Moe's has never needed to. The evidence shows up in rooms, season after season, in pieces that end up feeling more considered than their owners quite anticipated. More grounded. More alive.
That doesn't happen by accident. It happens because someone decided, a long time ago, that material and craft were worth the extra conversation, and never really stopped having it.
A Design House, Not a Furniture Factory
The Pieces Feel Found - Not Simply Bought

The Origin
A Family That BuiltSomething From Nothing
Moe Samieian Sr. arrived in Canada with an engineering degree and almost nowhere to use it. So he sold rugs at road shows, worked on commission, and learned the retail floor through years of direct customer contact.
In 1986 he opened his first store in Vancouver. Walking the trade shows, he kept noticing the same thing: most furniture looked identical. So he started hunting for pieces with something to say. Antiques. Flea-market finds. Objects with texture and history. More stores followed, and in 1999 he moved decisively into wholesale.
His children Sara and Moe Jr. carried that instinct forward. Not what merely sells. What resonates. That distinction still drives every collection.
The materials earn their place. Wood warms the edges. Stone steadies the eye. Steel adds tension. Glass lets the composition breathe. A hand-worked surface keeps a modern room from feeling too resolved.
The goal was never perfection. It was presence.
Moe's Is Built for PeopleWho Notice the Difference

The Craft
Material First - Trend Second
Every collection is designed in-house, then built through a manufacturing network developed over decades. Vietnam, India, Italy, Poland, Canada, the USA. Not the lowest-cost option in any of those places. Long-term makers who've been held to the same standards long enough that the standards stopped needing to be explained.
The construction is what you'd expect from that kind of relationship. Solid hardwood frames. High-density foam. Hardware that doesn't announce itself by failing early. These are not selling points so much as baseline expectations that a lot of furniture quietly fails to meet.
The materials go further than that. Acacia grain that no engineered surface comes close to replicating. Stone that grounds a room both visually and physically, which are different things and both matter. Mixed metals chosen for tension rather than coordination. FSC-certified wood and responsible sourcing throughout, though the more honest argument for it shows up over time, in how the pieces age rather than what the spec sheet says.
- Moe's does not source furniture. It curates it.
