Cream Faux Fur Lounge Chair with Oak Frame (ME-1069-21) by Moe's Home Collection

Light Brown Oval-Back Dining Chair with Slender Tapered Rubber Wood Legs | 19 Inch | Contemporary Dining Chair
The oval back is the form. A thick rounded upholstered cushion floats above the seat, connected only by two slender rubber wood posts rising from below, the back reading as a separate hovering object rather than a continuous frame structure. The seat is also rounded at all edges, its cushioned perimeter softened into a near-circle. Four slender tapered rubber wood legs in a warm brown extend from the seat corners, slightly angled outward, taper consistent to the floor. Light brown 100% polyester -- closer to warm greige than brown -- covers both the floating oval back and the rounded seat.
At 19.5 by 20.5 by 32 inches this is a nimble dining chair that reads significantly larger than its footprint suggests. The floating oval back is the detail: in evening light the oval upholstery catches light across its curved face differently than a flat back panel, reading as a three-dimensional form with shadow across the lower half. At 15.8 lbs it repositions without effort. Some assembly required.
The Ellie Dining Chair from Moe's Home Collection measures 19.5 inches wide by 20.5 inches deep and 32 inches tall. 100% polyester upholstery in light brown, rubber wood frame, plywood seat base, floating oval back. At 15.8 lbs it repositions easily. Some assembly required.

Moe's Home Collection:Forty Years of Furniture With a Point of View
Some brands earn trust loudly. Moe's has never needed to. The evidence shows up in rooms, season after season, in pieces that end up feeling more considered than their owners quite anticipated. More grounded. More alive.
That doesn't happen by accident. It happens because someone decided, a long time ago, that material and craft were worth the extra conversation, and never really stopped having it.
A Design House, Not a Furniture Factory
The Pieces Feel Found - Not Simply Bought

The Origin
A Family That BuiltSomething From Nothing
Moe Samieian Sr. arrived in Canada with an engineering degree and almost nowhere to use it. So he sold rugs at road shows, worked on commission, and learned the retail floor through years of direct customer contact.
In 1986 he opened his first store in Vancouver. Walking the trade shows, he kept noticing the same thing: most furniture looked identical. So he started hunting for pieces with something to say. Antiques. Flea-market finds. Objects with texture and history. More stores followed, and in 1999 he moved decisively into wholesale.
His children Sara and Moe Jr. carried that instinct forward. Not what merely sells. What resonates. That distinction still drives every collection.
The materials earn their place. Wood warms the edges. Stone steadies the eye. Steel adds tension. Glass lets the composition breathe. A hand-worked surface keeps a modern room from feeling too resolved.
The goal was never perfection. It was presence.
Moe's Is Built for PeopleWho Notice the Difference

The Craft
Material First - Trend Second
Every collection is designed in-house, then built through a manufacturing network developed over decades. Vietnam, India, Italy, Poland, Canada, the USA. Not the lowest-cost option in any of those places. Long-term makers who've been held to the same standards long enough that the standards stopped needing to be explained.
The construction is what you'd expect from that kind of relationship. Solid hardwood frames. High-density foam. Hardware that doesn't announce itself by failing early. These are not selling points so much as baseline expectations that a lot of furniture quietly fails to meet.
The materials go further than that. Acacia grain that no engineered surface comes close to replicating. Stone that grounds a room both visually and physically, which are different things and both matter. Mixed metals chosen for tension rather than coordination. FSC-certified wood and responsible sourcing throughout, though the more honest argument for it shows up over time, in how the pieces age rather than what the spec sheet says.
- Moe's does not source furniture. It curates it.
