The same matte black frame with small spherical ball studs at the base, at full floor mirror scale. Where the wall mirror version's studs read as decorative detail, at floor level they function as feet: the row of ball projections along the bottom rail lifts the frame just off the floor and keeps the base edge from sitting flat to ground. The frame is thin and flat in profile throughout -- cast aluminum, matte black, no applied ornament except the studs.
At 34 by 1.25 by 80 inches the mirror is a full-length floor piece with a narrow footprint against any wall. The 34-inch width is substantial -- wide enough to reflect a full figure from several feet back, narrow enough that it does not read as a room divider. The matte black frame at floor level reads as a strong linear anchor on pale flooring, with the ball studs providing the only interruption to the otherwise continuous frame profile. At 93.3 lbs it requires two people to place and should be anchored to the wall for safety. Assembly required.

A Family That BuiltSomething From Nothing
Moe Samieian Sr. arrived in Canada with an engineering degree and almost nowhere to use it. So he sold rugs at road shows, worked on commission, and learned the retail floor through years of direct customer contact.
In 1986 he opened his first store in Vancouver. Walking the trade shows, he kept noticing the same thing: most furniture looked identical. So he started hunting for pieces with something to say. Antiques. Flea-market finds. Objects with texture and history. More stores followed, and in 1999 he moved decisively into wholesale.
His children Sara and Moe Jr. carried that instinct forward. Not what merely sells. What resonates. That distinction still drives every collection.
The materials earn their place. Wood warms the edges. Stone steadies the eye. Steel adds tension. Glass lets the composition breathe. A hand-worked surface keeps a modern room from feeling too resolved.
The goal was never perfection. It was presence.

The Craft
Material First - Trend Second
Every collection is designed in-house, then built through a manufacturing network developed over decades. Vietnam, India, Italy, Poland, Canada, the USA. Not the lowest-cost option in any of those places. Long-term makers who've been held to the same standards long enough that the standards stopped needing to be explained.
The construction is what you'd expect from that kind of relationship. Solid hardwood frames. High-density foam. Hardware that doesn't announce itself by failing early. These are not selling points so much as baseline expectations that a lot of furniture quietly fails to meet.
The materials go further than that. Acacia grain that no engineered surface comes close to replicating. Stone that grounds a room both visually and physically, which are different things and both matter. Mixed metals chosen for tension rather than coordination. FSC-certified wood and responsible sourcing throughout, though the more honest argument for it shows up over time, in how the pieces age rather than what the spec sheet says.
