Shipping & Returns Policy

For large furniture items, we highly recommend selecting White Glove delivery during checkout.

If your order exceeds 100 lbs or if you reside in an apartment building or face other entry-related difficulties, we strongly advise upgrading to white glove delivery in checkout. This service offers significant value.

Prior to shipment, our partners carefully inspect all furniture to ensure its quality.

We request that you also inspect your pieces promptly upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please report it within 48 hours of the carrier delivery date indicated in the shipment tracking number.

Shipping Locations

At this time, we're focused on servicing the contiguous United States. This excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping is free for those within the contiguous United States. No minimum order required.

When you place an order with AURA, we'll send you shipping updates so you can understand when you'll be receiving your parcel.

Shipping Timelines

As mentioned above, shipping is free on all products - no minimum.

Once your order is processed, the parcel will be shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on warehouse location. As always, you'll be notified of tracking updates.

Returns

We sincerely hope that you love your items as much as our brands enjoyed designing them. However, if you find yourself less than fully satisfied with your purchase, we're more than happy to offer you an exchange or refund for most of our merchandise within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Note that proof of purchase is required for a refund.

Please be aware that refund policies may vary depending on the product, as indicated on each product page and your order receipt.

Items labeled as "refundable" can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, undamaged condition and packaging. If you opt for a return in exchange for store credit or an exchange with another item, there will be no restocking fee; however, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

If you prefer a refund to your original form of payment, please note that we apply a restocking fee ranging from 15% to 20% of the item's full retail price before any discounts or promotions.

Oversized items and certain brands incur a restocking fee of 25%. This fee mainly applies to sideboards, cabinets, chairs, lounge chairs, sofas, daybeds, beds, and other items requiring special handling or fragile shipping.

For oversized items:

  • Round trip shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the total refund for all returns.

Regardless of the case, we do not reimburse the original cost of shipping, even for items labeled as "Free Shipping."

For other items:

  • Return trip shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund for all returns.

Again, the original cost of shipping will not be reimbursed unless the item was designated as "Free Shipping."

To qualify for a return or exchange, products must be in new, unused condition, with their original boxes, packaging, and hardware. Regrettably, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges without the product's original packaging.
